Processing Time

Once you place your order, we take 5-7 business days to process and prepare it for shipment. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take a little longer; however, we always strive to ship your order as soon as possible.

Free Shipping

For US, UK, CA, AU, NZ, and EU orders: Free shipping on orders over $88.

For other countries: Free shipping on orders over $108.

When you place your order, simply select your country and region at checkout. If your order meets the minimum amount for free shipping, you will see a “Free Shipping” option. Just select that option, and you’re good to go!

How to Track Orders

1. As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

2. To view your order status and to track your package, log into your account for your order history, or fill in your order number and email address in the Track Page.

3. We are also glad to help you track the parcel. You can contact us by email or form, and we will screenshot the latest tracking information and send it to you.
